January 30-31, 2010 at the Sapphire Ballroom, Gateway Suites, 4th Level, Gateway Mall, Araneta Center. We will only accept a maximum of 500 Conference participants. Dress code: Corporate. Please remember to come early for those who will just be paying on site. Please bring coat / blazer as the function room is fully air conditioned. Conference Fee is Php 599 for two days (topics per day is different, please check Conference Highlights at our website). Conference is from 10 am - 1 pm, 2 - 5 pm.
The 2nd PCS shall have its summit at the Gateway Suites (5th floor) and exhibit area at Gateway Mall Trade Hall (4th floor beside the Gateway Food Express). Various speakers and guests will speak during the summit's conference, which starts at 10:00 a.m. up to 5:00 p.m. Only 500 slots are available, so we advise you to register early.
For those who will attend our CONFERENCE:
- Pre-Register online and complete the necessary fields on the e-registration form.
- Then, deposit the amount of Php 599 on our Bank Account. The payment is good for 2 days of stay in the conference.
- After that, kindly fax the deposit slip or scan and e-mail it to info@philcaregiversummit.com
- Conference slots will be given only to those who are PAID.
- Confirm your participation, text us the following information:

No need to fax, just bring your deposit slip on January 30, 9:00 a.m. to claim your Conference ticket and ID. There are only 500 Conference slots. See you there!
The 2nd PCS Expo is FREE of entrance charges. However, all participants or visitors are required to pre-register in the event proper.
